Returns & Exchanges

At Chemical Warehouse, we want your streetwear to fit perfectly; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all reactive tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Chemical Warehouse shipping box and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
